The best thing about maintaining your fitness is that you have the control to set your goal to increase strength and endurance, lose weight or stay active.  Joining a group is a great way to help keep you on track towards reaching your personal fitness goals.

Our classes are suitable for all levels incorporating various styles of dance movements & yoga to create a dynamic, exciting, aerobic workout. Participants will benefit from having a total body fun workout that improves rhythm, burns calories and strengthens muscles.

  • Tap          Tuesday 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Hip Hop Tuesday 8:15 pm – 9:15 pm
  • Jazz         Starts January 2018
  • Yoga        Monday 12:15 pm – 1:00 pm & 8:30 pm – 9:15 pm
  •                   Tuesday 12:15pm – 1:00 pm
  •                   Wednesday 7:45 pm – 8:30 pm

$15.00 per class drop-in
$120.00 for 10 Class Card
(expires 4 months after purchase date) Minimum of 2 people for classes to run

Adult Yoga

Looking for a meaningful way to exercise that connects body, mind, and spirit?

The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment. Yoga specifically targets the ligaments and tendons in joints in order to improve range of motion and flexibility.

Adult Tap Classes

Tap is a popular style of American theatrical dance distinguished by percussive footwork that marks out precise rhythmic patterns on the floor. Dancers develop a keen sense of rhythm and balance.

This basic level beginner tap class is geared towards the adult who has had little to no tap training.

Adult Ballet Classes

Ballet develops strength, posture, flexibility, coordination, and focus. It is the core of many dance forms.

Hetta Dance welcomes adults of all skill levels to experience dance in a fun, accessible environment. Dancing can be a great way to stay active, make friends and learn something new or continue a passion from the past.

Adult Hip Hop Classes

If you’re looking to pick up a few moves,  get some exercise, meet new people, or just have a lot of FUN, our Adult Hip Hop class has got it all! We start each class with a warm-up of free-styling, stretching, and conditioning that’s guaranteed to get your heart pounding.

This class will challenge seasoned dancers to beginners, but with the priority being that everyone has a great time! You’ll be having such a good time, you won’t even realize you’re breaking a sweat!

Adult Jazz Classes

Jazz dance is a dynamic, exciting & energetic dance style which is easily accessible to trained and non-trained dancers alike.

The class works on fitness & core strength with it’s kicks, leaps and turns! We will be teaching technique and style, in a fast-paced and fun class for those who like to move!
